Rachael Pandzik,

AVP, Institutional Effectiveness at University of Western States

Rachael Pandzik began working at the University of Western States in 2011, although first connected with the university as a student in 2006. Pandzik oversees institutional effectiveness, institutional research, accreditation, new program development, academic and administrative program review, educational quality assurance, and the standardized patient program. She enjoys leading continuous improvement initiatives and working with teams to solve complex problems. Pandzik earned her bachelor’s degree from James Madison University in integrated science and technology. She graduated from UWS with her doctor of chiropractic degree and received her master’s in higher education administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Pandzik is an avid reader, loves working in her garden, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.
