Tim Lovell

With extensive board level finance and operations experience across a range of financial service industries, including property development, Tim is currently working on establishing a new later living property business with a team of experienced professionals and an established institutional investor. He was previously a co-founder of Riverstone Living, a later living business, where he was a key member of the start-up management team and Urban Study, a student accommodation developer. He has recently been advising an established ‘build to rent’ operator in London on the design of its financial workflow and reporting infrastructure to deliver efficient processes for its property development and lifestyle offering.
