Lesley Strachan

Lesley Strachan is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in coaching, education, and the arts. Currently working as a Supporting Artist with The Casting Collective since May 2025, Lesley also leads Lesley Strachan Coaching, where empowerment of students, professionals, and corporate teams takes center stage through tailored coaching and workshops. In academia, Lesley serves as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Winchester and teaches various modules at multiple institutions, including the University of Southampton and the University of Gloucestershire. Formerly a Learning and Development Manager at SimVenture Learning Solutions, Lesley created educational content and facilitated training programs. As a Director of The Limitless Organisation CIC, Lesley contributed to a social enterprise focused on youth development. Education includes an MBA from The Open University.
