Steve Jones FCMI is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in driving engagement and performance across various organizations. As Managing Director of Skills for Business Training Ltd since 2002, Steve has collaborated with leadership teams in over 100 fast-growth businesses to enhance culture and retain talent. In addition to this role, Steve serves as an Advisory Board Member at HBBA GLOBAL, focusing on international growth strategies, and as Head of Performance Management at Brand Experiences, where the MOJO platform was co-created to optimize employee motivation. Steve also contributes as a Visiting Executive for the Help to Grow Programme at the University of Winchester and facilitates peer networks to support business resilience during challenging times. With a strong background in employee engagement as Co-Chair of the Government Task Force Guru Group and expertise in motivational training, Steve holds multiple qualifications, including Fellowships in Organizational Leadership and the Institute of Consultants.
