Nobuko Fujita is a Learning Specialist at the Centre for Teaching and Learning at the University of Windsor since May 2025, having previously served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Education since September 2014. Fujita teaches a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses and has extensive experience in designing online and hybrid learning experiences. As Co-Founder and President of Problemshift Inc., Fujita focuses on analytics-driven design for educational research. Other notable roles include Editorial Board Member for Qwerty journal, Distance Education Course Development Coordinator at Odette School of Business, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Copenhagen Business School. Fujita holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum Studies and Teacher Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and has degrees from Queen's University and The University of British Columbia.
