Omar M.

Omar M. is currently an Onyx scholar at the Onyx Initiative and serves on the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Decolonization Committee at the University of Windsor, where also holds positions as a Research Assistant and Peer Mentor, leading sessions for first-year students. Previous experience includes a legal summer internship at Gowling WLG, where in-depth legal research and chronology report drafting were performed, and a role in digital communications at TalentEgg focused on content and marketing. Additional experience includes working as a Junior Designer at OLG, Creative Director at Marsclev, and Social Media Marketing Intern at Cay Radio, where design and UX research were emphasized. Omar M. holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Windsor.
