Amber Radatz has extensive experience in agriculture and water quality management. Currently serving as the Agriculture Water Quality Program Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since June 2021, Amber is also the Co-Director of the UW-Discovery Farms Program, where responsibilities include correspondence with funding partners and grant writing. Previously, as an Outreach Specialist at the same program, Amber engaged in on-farm research focused on identifying agricultural practices that impact the environment. Amber holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Soil Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where early career experience included a role as a Research Assistant in the Department of Soil Science and an internship at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates.
