Dan Olszewski is a distinguished leader in entrepreneurship and finance, currently serving as the Goldberg Family Director of the UW Weinert Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since 2006. Olszewski teaches a variety of courses including the WAVE Startup Practicum and Entrepreneurial Finance, while also advising students on startup projects. In addition to academic roles, Olszewski holds independent board positions at First Business Financial Services and National Guardian Life Insurance Company, where responsibilities include serving on various committees. Olszewski's extensive experience in the corporate sector includes leadership roles such as CEO of Katun Corporation and Parts Now! LLC, as well as significant contributions to advisory boards including MERLIN Mentors and the Henry Vilas Park Zoological Society. Olszewski is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, holding an MBA, and has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
