Kristin Smith

Kristin Smith is an accomplished Registered Nurse with extensive experience across multiple healthcare settings. Since June 2022, Kristin has managed and supervised a 36-bed non-profit facility at Sauk Prairie Healthcare, while providing critical nursing care. Concurrently, Kristin has been with UnityPoint Health – Meriter since November 2020, performing medical and forensic examinations, supporting victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, and offering counseling services. Additionally, at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kristin responds to various medical emergencies and utilizes critical thinking to stabilize patients. Previous experience includes roles with PPR Travel Nursing and the Emergency Room at Memorial Hospital - University of Colorado Health. Kristin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from Denver College of Nursing and an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Winona State University.
