Mitchell Goettl

Mitchell Goettl serves as the Assistant Director of State Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mitchell held various positions in the Wisconsin State Legislature, including Chief of Staff for the Wisconsin State Senate, Communications Director for the Assembly Majority Leader, Research Assistant/Committee Clerk for the Assembly Committees on Science, Technology, Broadband, Housing, and Real Estate, as well as Legislative Assistant. Mitchell earned a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
