Previous roles include Clinical Research Coordinator at OSF HealthCare, where all aspects of research for the Department of Neuroscience were coordinated, and Compliance Officer for the City of Rockford Illinois, focusing on federal grant compliance. Monica also has experience with the Indiana Department of Transportation and Indiana University Indianapolis, ensuring adherence to federal regulations. An educational background includes a Master's Degree in Law from Southern Illinois University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Illinois State University.
