Sara Kraemer

Sara Kraemer is the founder and principal of Blueprint for Education, a firm dedicated to enhancing human and organizational performance through holistic systems design in STEM and education, and serves as an advisor to strategic leaders and program designers. As principal at Blueprint for Engineering, Sara provides guidance to Industry 4.0 companies. Additionally, Sara lectures on the human and organizational aspects of smart manufacturing systems at the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Masters of Science Program and has a history of conducting evaluation studies in education while working with various institutions. Sara's educational background includes a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering focused on Human Factors Engineering, as well as MS and BS degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Economics/Psychology, respectively.
