Susan Fritts

Susan Fritts serves as the Executive Director for Talent Management in the Office of Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since October 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing Talent Management, advising institutional leadership, and supporting HR initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources for Facilities Planning & Management at the same university, and Vice President of Human Resources at both Pacific Cycle and Masco Bath, where strategic HR functions aligned with business goals were developed. Early career positions include Director of Human Resources at Bath Unlimited and Personnel Manager at Annin Flagmakers, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and payroll management. Susan holds a BA in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Caldwell University and completed a study abroad program in European Law at the University of Limerick.
