Sheri Marnell

Sheri Marnell, PhD, MBA, ACPPM, serves as the Director of the St. Croix Valley Business Innovation Center, focusing on economic growth through consultation and support for entrepreneurs and small businesses. With extensive academic experience, Sheri is also involved at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, managing business incubation programs and coaching student teams in startup competitions. Previous positions include a lecturer role at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and various leadership positions at Target, where Sheri directed store planning, strategy, and product development initiatives. Sheri holds a PhD in Business Administration, an MBA, and numerous certifications in project management, underscoring a strong commitment to both education and business innovation.
