Benjamin Spafford

Benjamin Spafford serves as the Kicking Specialist Coach and Assistant Special Teams Coach at the University of Wisconsin-Stout since August 2024. Concurrently, Benjamin has worked as an Airline Recruiter and Gate Lead for Southwest Airlines since November 2019. Prior experience includes coaching the St. Croix Central Varsity Football Special Teams, serving as a Placekicker and Drone Pilot for the St. Paul Pioneers Minor League Football Club, and holding various positions in the service and management sectors, including Senior Bartender at San Pedro Cafe and Below Wing Performance Supervisor for Delta Global Services. Benjamin co-owned Exodus Sxi Bixes, focusing on affordable ski bike production, and previously worked as a DNR Management staff member for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and as a Career Consultant with Workforce Resource, assisting youth in their career exploration. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from North Central University.
