Heather Laroi

Heather LaRoi has extensive work experience in the field of communications and journalism. Heather started their career in 1993 as a Features Reporter at The Post-Crescent and worked there until 2006. Following that, they joined the Wisconsin State Journal as a Higher Education Reporter from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined the University of Wisconsin System, where they held various roles including Senior University Relations Specialist from 2008 to 2013, Strategic Communications Manager from 2013 to 2018, Interim Director of Communications in 2018, and currently holds the position of Director, Strategic Communications.
