Kayla Baker

Kayla Baker is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the Universities of Wisconsin since April 2023. Previously, Kayla held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from January 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included HRIS entry and reporting, as well as generating and analyzing HR reports. Prior to this, Kayla worked as an Executive Assistant to the CTO for the 2020 Democratic National Convention Committee, managing shared calendars and meeting logistics. Kayla's career began at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with roles as a Student Involvement Grant Navigator and Sandburg Restor Team Leader, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. Kayla's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
