Mary E. Luebke

Mary E. Luebke has a strong background in IT auditing and management. Mary E. started their career as an EDP Staff Auditor at Valley Bancorporation in 1988 and later became a Senior EDP Auditor. In 1992, they were promoted to EDP Audit Supervisor when Valley Bancorporation merged with Marshall & Illsley Corporation. At Marshall & Illsley, they continued to evaluate and test data processing systems and controls.

In 1994, Luebke joined Marshall & Ilsley Corporation as an I/S Audit Senior Analyst. In this role, they planned and administered complex audits, reviews, and projects. Mary E. independently planned and executed IT audits, developed and utilized an IT risk assessment, and developed tracking mechanisms for control recommendations. Mary E. also conducted training sessions, reviewed Sarbanes-Oxley key controls, and worked with companies to document their controls, policies, and procedures.

Most recently, Luebke has been the Director of IT Audit at the University of Wisconsin System since 2009. In this role, they have been responsible for planning and executing IT audits, monitoring system implementations, and providing guidance on control concerns and solutions.

Throughout their career, Luebke has demonstrated expertise in IT auditing, risk assessment, control recommendations, and training. Mary E. has also developed strong leadership and management skills.

Mary E. Luebke completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems from Lubar College of Business in the years 1980 to 1985. Mary E. further pursued their studies and achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between 1987 and 1992.
