Provide leadership of and supervise various academic and high impact practices (HIPs) in the following programs: Upward Bound, Precollege Academic Camps, Academic Network, African American Network, King Chavez Scholars, Latino Student Programs, McNair, Native American Support Services, Southeast Asian Support Services, and sophomore and Transfers Exploring Program. I also support TRIO and Student Support Service at our 2-year institution (UW-Rock)

Facilitate campus engagement through the Multicultural Lecture Series, TRIO Day Celebration, Multicultural Orientation, Multicultural Graduation Reception, and Martin Luther King Day Celebration

Monitor and manage the budgets of subordinate units (Federal TRIO Programs, precollege, retention, and financial programs

Coordinate application process for Advanced Opportunity Program Grant and Lawton Undergraduate Multicultural Retention Grant in collaboration with Financial Aid Office

Oversee other high impact, campus wide programs such as Undergraduate Research, Honors Programs, and Community Based Learning
