Robert Dudley

Head of the School, Nursing & Midwifery at University of Worcester

Robert is currently the Head of the Three Counties School of Nursing and Midwifery. A registered nurse by profession, Robert is accountable for strategic leadership, performance and management of the School. Since joining the University in 2004, Robert has held a number of leadership roles including, Programme Director, Head of Department, Associate/Deputy Head of Institute and Head of School.

Robert is interested in all aspects of nurse education, and his research interests lie in the areas of student’s fitness to practise and practice governance. He also holds honoured affiliations through fellowships with the Higher Education Academy, the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education and the Honor Society of Nursing Phi Mu Chapter, Sigma Theta Tau International.
