Antonia Josten is a seasoned professional in the art market and talent acquisition fields, serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Elinor Partners since July 2021, where the focus is on board advisory and talent acquisition for female candidates in supervisory roles. As the Founder and Executive Director of Antonia Josten Fine Art Recruitment since 2009, originally established as LangenJosten, Antonia Josten has provided strategic recruitment services across global art markets, including Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Asia. Additionally, Antonia Josten contributes to academia by lecturing for the Executive Master of Art Market Studies at the University of Zurich since June 2015. Antonia Josten holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Cultural Politics in Germany from 1890 to 1945 and History of Art, respectively, from The Courtauld Institute of Art.
