Daniel Schulz

Daniel Schulz is a Senior Research Associate at Universität Zürich since November 2014, leading the Imaging Mass Cytometry project for the IMI2/IMMUcan project, focusing on large-scale tumor immune profiling in solid cancers. Prior to this role, Daniel served as a Postdoctoral Researcher, applying expertise in Mass Cytometry, Imaging Mass Cytometry, Flow Cytometry, and immunology. Daniel completed a Postdoctoral Researcher position at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, specializing in Deep Sequencing and bioinformatics. The academic journey includes a PhD in molecular systems biology from the University of Stuttgart, where Daniel studied eukaryotic gene regulation using various techniques. Early experience includes a Diploma student role at Fraunhofer IGB, developing gene expression profiling platforms, and a student thesis at UC San Diego.
