David Penton Ribas

David Penton Ribas currently serves as the Managing Director of the Electrophysiology core Facility (e-phac) at the University of Zurich since June 2020. Prior to this role, David held positions as a Senior Teaching and Research Assistant and Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Zurich from January 2014 to 2020, and worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Université Nice Sophia Antipolis and the University of Regensburg between 2011 and 2013. David's academic background includes a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Translational Nephrology from the University of Bern, a PhD in Physiology from the University of Regensburg, a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Havana, and a degree in Biochemistry from the same institution.
