Oliver Jaberg is currently serving as an Arbitrator at the TAS/CAS Tribunal Arbitral du Sport since May 2023. In addition, Oliver is a Guest Lecturer for the LL.M. in International Business Law at Université de Fribourg and the University of Zurich, and a Guest Professor for the Erasmus Mundus Master of Art in Sports Ethics and Integrity at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Previous roles include Head of Legal Sports Projects at Red Bull and Director of Integrity & Anti-Doping at FIFA, where Oliver held several key positions over a tenure from January 2008 to September 2022. Oliver has also delivered lectures at multiple prestigious institutions, including the Université de Neuchâtel and USI Università della Svizzera italiana. Oliver's education includes leadership programs at Harvard Law School and IMD, as well as a law degree from the University of St.Gallen and certification as an Attorney at Law from the Supreme Court of the Canton of Aargau.
