Paris Watson is a seasoned professional in the property management and student housing industry, currently serving as Senior Regional Manager at University Partners since April 2022. Prior roles include Regional Supervisor at Asset Living and Vice President of Leasing & Marketing at Nelson Partners Student Housing, where Paris also held the title of Regional Director of Marketing & Sales. Earlier experience encompasses a Regional Director position at Campus Living Villages and Regional Marketing Director at Asset Campus Housing, along with a Leasing Manager role at Asset Campus Housing - Gateway at Lubbock and a Community Assistant position at GMH. Paris Watson holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from Texas Tech University.
