Sonia Dularam is a skilled healthcare administrator with extensive experience in operational leadership across various medical organizations. Currently serving as the Primary Care Administrator at Nicklaus Children's Health System, Sonia is responsible for directing specialty practices, managing daily operations, and overseeing financials. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Boca Fertility, where Sonia successfully led a project to establish a new clinic location, and Director of Operations at Piedmont Women’s Healthcare, where Sonia implemented Lean practices to accommodate a 60% increase in patient volume.
