Ian Burke

Ian Burke is an accomplished professional in asset management and real estate, currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at University Place Asset Management since March 2025. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Acquisitions and Development Manager at Argo Real Estate from February 2021 to March 2025, and served as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Devon & Blakely from August 2019 to February 2021, where responsibilities included managing hiring and training, as well as overseeing operations of various service stations. Ian's career began as an Assistant Project Manager at The Sapir Organization from May 2018 to August 2019. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, obtained in 2020, from the School of Hotel Administration.
