Silver Moore

Silver Moore currently serves as the Senior Director of Middle School Curriculum and Instruction at University Prep Schools, where responsibilities include promoting culturally responsive teaching and enhancing instructional practices in English Language Arts and Social Studies. As a founder of Classroom Clapback, Silver has developed a curriculum initiative focused on Black youth's educational success and social justice. Additionally, extensive experience as an instructional coach involved executing coaching cycles and implementing data-driven strategies to improve student achievement across multiple schools. Silver has contributed to various educational discussions as a guest speaker and lecturer, with a strong commitment to anti-racist and culturally responsive teaching methodologies, evidenced by a teaching career that spans roles from middle school educator to various leadership positions in educational settings. Silver holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration.
