Alastair Dawe, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at University Preparatory Schools since May 2020. Prior to this role, Alastair held the position of Vice President of Operations at Explore Horizons from August 2013 to November 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-site operations and facilitating the brand’s growth in North Texas. Alastair's career began at Explore Learning, progressing from Assistant Center Director to Center Director and ultimately Regional Manager, where management of multiple tutoring centers and training delivery were key aspects. Alastair's educational background includes an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematical Physics from The University of Edinburgh.
