DJIBRIL M. KOUMA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Earlier in their career, they held various finance, administrative, and coordination roles at organizations such as Save the Children International, IOM - UN Migration, Peace Corps, Attijariwafa bank Corporate & Investment Banking, and Ecobank Transnational Incorporated. In these positions, they demonstrated expertise in financial management, budget analysis, procurement, and donor compliance.

From 2013 to 2016, Djibril M. Kouma attended Sup Management and completed a DESS/MBA in Audit et Contrôle de Gestion. This qualification corresponds to a Bac+5 level of education.
