Teresa Ransdell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in membership and marketing roles within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Membership & Marketing at URMIA, Teresa is focused on membership recruitment and retention efforts. Previous positions include Executive Director of the NANPA Foundation, where Teresa oversaw marketing and fundraising initiatives, and Executive Director of the Indiana Association of Public Education Foundations, responsible for organizing conferences and managing member communications. Additional experience as Membership Director at the North American Nature Photography Association involved volunteer engagement and communications, while previous roles included significant responsibilities at Sigma Theta Tau International and various other associations. Teresa holds a BA in Journalism and Criminal Justice and an MPA in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University, along with a Certified Association Executive Certification from the American Society of Association Executives.
