David E. Shapiro

David E. Shapiro is a partner in the Corporate Department of the law firm of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Prior to this, he held finance and business development positions at technology-based firms. He earned a BS in finance from the Wharton School and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was the recipient of the Peter McCall prize awarded to the first in the class.
