Emma Bloch is a Client Manager for Global Merchant Services at American Express. She’s responsible for managing partnerships with seven strategic oil merchants, including Chevron, BP, and Sunoco. Prior to that, she worked at Global Network Partnerships as a Business Development Lead. Emma has her B.A. from Bates College and her M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Her father, Michael H. Zisser, was the Executive Director, then Chief Executive Officer of University Settlement for nearly three decades. She joined the board in 2016.
