Frederick Yee

Frederick Yee is Managing Director and Head of East Region Underwriting for the Commercial Real Estate business at Capital One. He previously served as Head of Underwriting – North America Commercial Real Estate at Hudson Advisors, an affiliate of the Lone Star Real Estate Funds (LSREF). A graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, he previously served as Treasurer of the Board of the Hunter College High School Alumnae/i Association. Fred spent his early years Manhattan’s Chinatown and now lives in Forest Hills, Queens with his family.
