Jessica Yeoun has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jessica started their career as a Student Intern at the Broome County Department of Social Services- Child Placement I in 2002. Jessica later became a Youth Office Project City Coordinator at the YWCA of NYC in 2003. Jessica then worked as a Classroom Teacher at the NYC Department of Education from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, Jessica became a Luxury Sales Consultant at Bottega Veneta. Jessica then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Assistant at OTG Management in 2012, where they also worked as a Recruiting and Training Coordinator. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Human Resources Coordinator at the University Settlement Society of New York, and from 2017 to 2021, they served as a Recruitment Specialist at the same organization. Recently, Jessica took on the role of Human Resources Generalist at the University Settlement Society of New York starting in June 2021 (current position).

Jessica Yeoun completed their Bachelor of Arts in Human Development at Binghamton University from 1999 to 2003. Following that, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued their Masters degree in Childhood Education and Special Education at New York University.
