Emily Harmon

Emily Harmon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and marketing. Currently serving as a Business Development Specialist at University Surgical Associates since August 2022, Emily previously worked as a Marketing Consultant, assisting small business owners with social media strategies, networking, event planning, and content creation from January 2016 to November 2022. Emily has also held positions at Memorial Hospital as both a Community Navigator of Oncology Services and a Marketing Communications Representative, contributing to patient care and hospital promotion within Tennessee's healthcare landscape. Earlier in the career, Emily worked as a Medical Sales Representative for Biomet Orthopedics, primarily focusing on client communications and relationship-building. Emily began the professional journey as a Team Fellow at Create Here, a non-profit organization aimed at enhancing the Chattanooga community.
