Katie Duffy

Katie Duffy has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Katie is currently the Chief Executive Officer at University Surgical Associates, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at the same company from December 2022 to April 2023. Before joining University Surgical Associates, Katie worked at Erlanger Health System, where they held various leadership positions. Katie served as the Vice President of Operations from May 2022 to December 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Pharmacy from October 2020 to November 2022, and the Interim Senior Director of Pharmacy from July to October 2020. Katie also served as the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services from April 2014 to October 2020, the ID/AMS Clinical Pharmacy Specialist from July 2008 to March 2014, and began their career at Erlanger Health System as a PGY-1 pharmacy resident from July 2007 to June 2008.

Katie Duffy completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from Mercer University in the years 1999 to 2003. Subsequently, they pursued their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Mercer University - College of Pharmacy, graduating between 2003 and 2007. Furthermore, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics between 2004 and 2008.
