Tim Minor

Tim Minor currently serves as President & CEO of the USM Foundation and Vice Chancellor for Advancement at the University System of Maryland, focusing on philanthropic leadership and strategic asset management for a $2.52 billion foundation. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Vice Chancellor for Strategic Partnerships and Economic Development at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where responsibilities included fostering corporate partnerships and advancing research programs. Tim's experience also includes significant roles at the V Foundation, the University of North Carolina System, and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where Tim was instrumental in raising external funding and promoting university-community collaborations. Tim's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
