Marija Radakovic

Marija Radakovic currently serves as a Business Controller at Universum, where responsibilities include group reporting to StepStone, management reporting, budget and forecasting, CAPEX, and headcount controlling. Previously, Marija held the position of Controller for the Business Area Research, overseeing revenue and cost controlling, P&L submissions, KPI Dashboard management, and project profitability metrics. Additionally, Marija has experience as a Research Coordinator, supporting cross-sector projects, managing invoicing, and collaborating with external data providers. Marija began their career at Universum as an intern, assisting local Research Project Managers in research report preparation and analysis of employer branding trends. Marija holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from Halmstad University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Project Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
