Nathalia Zoppellari

Nathalia Zoppellari serves as a Data Project Manager and Partner Relations Manager at Universum since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing projects, setting targets and budgets, adapting strategies, and driving survey participation through creative marketing campaigns. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Specialist at GRUPO SEGURADOR BANCO DO BRASIL E MAPFRE from October 2013 to April 2018, focusing on customer support and problem recognition. Nathalia also worked as a Psychologist - Support Researcher at Universidade Federal de São Carlos from July 2011 to August 2013, contributing to the design and analysis of research projects.
