Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana leads an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and practiced as a Nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching courses on applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México.
