Prabhneet Dhamija

Prabhneet Dhamija currently works at Univest, where involvement began in June 2023 in building the company. Prior experience includes serving as a Sales Operations Program Manager at Microsoft from November 2021 to June 2023 and as DGM of Corporate Strategy at CK Birla Group for a brief period in 2021. Prabhneet spent nearly five years at McKinsey & Company, initially as a Summer Associate in 2015 and subsequently as an Engagement Manager until February 2021, focusing on cost transformation and project delivery in the Indian real estate sector. Prior engineering experience at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited involved developing web applications in the Corporate Systems & IT department from July 2011 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation and Control from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
