Alexis Beam

Alexis Beam has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alexis began their career as a Seasonal Public Safety Aid at the Ocean City Police Department in 2016. Alexis then worked as a Snack Bar Attendant at Briarwood Golf Clubs from 2013 to 2018. In 2017, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Korey Leslie, Attorney-at-Law, LLC. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at Paul I. Sheaffer Insurance Agency. Alexis then joined Baron Insurance Group in 2020 as a Commercial Lines Agent, where they handled Small to Medium Sized Inside Account Management, New Business Account Writing, and assisted the Outside Account Manager. In 2021, they worked as an Administrative Office Specialist at Beam Farms. Currently, they are employed at Univest as a Commercial Lines Assistant and will transition to the role of a Commercial Lines Account Manager in November 2022.

Alexis Beam completed their high school education at Spring Grove Area High School from 2009 to 2013, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on Honors Studies. Following that, they attended Penn State University from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained Bachelor's degrees in Criminology and Sociology. In addition to their formal education, Alexis obtained several certifications, including the Pennsylvania Property&Casualty Insurance License from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department in December 2018, the Pennsylvania Notary Public from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in May 2018, the Responsible Alcohol Management Program from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board in June 2015, and the Heartsaver First Aid/CPR?AED certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in May 2016.
