Janet Whitehead Phr, Cebs

Janet Whitehead, PHR, CEBS has a comprehensive work history in the field of human resources. Janet began their career in 1991 at Vista Bancorp, where they held the position of SVP - Director of Human Resources for twelve years. In 2003, Janet joined Univest as Vice President - Assistant Director of Human Resources, eventually progressing to the role of Senior Vice President - Assistant Director of Human Resources in December 2015. Throughout their career, they have accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in managing and directing various HR functions.

Janet Whitehead, PHR, CEBS, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Muhlenberg College in the years 2004 to 2006. Janet also pursued further education in the field of Compensation and Benefits, obtaining a certification as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from The Wharton School. Janet also attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Graduate School of Banking to gain knowledge in Human Resource Management. Additionally, they obtained several certifications to enhance their expertise, including a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute, a Group Benefits Administrator (GBA) and a Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). Furthermore, they completed the Executive Leadership Program offered by the Pennsylvania Bankers Association in 2017 and obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in July 2015.
