Jason Brand

Jason Brand has extensive experience in the banking industry. Jason began their career at Commerce Bank in 2001 as a Customer Services Rep/Teller, where they worked until 2005. Jason then joined Univest, where they held several roles over the years. From 2005 to 2018, they served as the Commercial Credit Manager & Credit Officer, overseeing the Credit Administration function and partnering with Commercial Relationship Managers to approve loans. In 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Portfolio Analytics Officer, utilizing analytics and data mining to understand the risk of the bank's Commercial Loan Portfolio and reporting to executive management. In 2018, they became the VP, nCino Product Owner, and most recently, in July 2021, they were promoted to SVP, Director of Commercial Administration at Univest.

Jason Brand attended Virginia Tech from 1999 to 2000, where they studied engineering. Jason then transferred to Montgomery County Community College, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration from 2001 to 2002. Finally, they attended Penn State University from 2002 to 2004, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business - Finance.
