Calixto Gonzalez serves as Vice President and News Director at Univision Communications Inc. since December 2016, showcasing a proven track record in leading a competitive news department and managing a diverse team. Previously, Calixto held the position of Executive Producer at NBCUniversal Hispanic Group from November 2014 to December 2016, overseeing editorial, production, and promotion of newscasts across multiple platforms. With over twelve years as a News Producer at Univision Communications Inc. prior to this, Calixto began producing newscasts with "Las Noticias a las 11." Calixto holds a Bachelor of Communications with a focus on Broadcast Journalism, Marketing, and Publicity from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
