Frank Dulzaides

Frank Dulzaides is an experienced news photographer and editor currently working at Univision Communications Inc. since April 2013, specializing in various media editing software and live broadcasting operations. Additionally, Frank has been involved in collective bargaining as a negotiator for the IBEW Union since 1995 and serves as an Executive Board Officer for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1212 since June 2015, addressing industry issues and budget management. Previously, Frank held the role of Chief Photographer at Univision New York from 1991 to March 2013, overseeing ENG field operations. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management and Operations from the New York Institute of Technology and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Innovation from Post University.
