Morgane Schmit has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Morgane began their career as an Auxiliaire de vie à domicile for the Mairie de Guerville in 2012, followed by a role as an Hôtesse de caisse for Auchan in the same year. In 2013, they completed a Stage Assitant de communication at UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. In 2014, they worked as an Auxiliaire de magasin for C&A, and in 2015 they were an Assistant de cuisine for Maison Lenôtre. In 2019, they began working for Reed Expositions France in two roles: Responsable acquisition and Chargée de Marketing Digital.
