Shaleen Mathur has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2003, Mathur worked as a Systems Engineer at TCS Ltd. until 2005. In 2006, Mathur held roles as a Summer Intern at Godrej and Boyce and as Coordinator - Backwaters at IIM Kozhikode. From 2007 to 2009, Mathur worked as an Assistant Manager at GE Commercial Finance and from 2009 to 2010, Mathur was a Senior Manager - Project Finance at SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited. In 2010, Mathur became the COO at Benvia and held the position until 2013. Following that, Mathur co-founded Digital Shack in 2013 and served as a Co-Founder until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Mathur worked as a Director at Wibmo. In 2020, Mathur co-founded DWield Innovations and in 2022, Mathur took on the role of Vice President of Business Development at UNL, where they are involved in building a universal smart addressing platform.
Shaleen Mathur pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, IT, and General studies from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. This program lasted from 2005 to 2007.
