Jesse Franco

Jesse Franco is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Unleashed Brands since March 2023, where oversight of all corporately owned Urban Air Adventure Parks is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Jesse held the position of Director of Retail Attractions & Entertainment at Great Wolf Lodge from December 2018 to March 2023. Jesse also has extensive experience from a tenure at Rent-A-Center, where, as Sr. Manager of Franchise Operations from June 2008 to February 2018, oversight of operations and sales support for 250 franchise locations was managed, contributing to annual revenue of $240 million. Jesse is a graduate of Liberty Christian School, completing studies in General Studies from 1992 to 1995.
